If you read the page on Dynamics NAV Support Options in the “Business Case For NAV” section of this website, you will quickly see that Microsoft provides a solid backbone for support. There are enough support options to meet your needs, and with Microsoft’s offer of up to 10 years of active support on each new Dynamics NAV release, vendor abandonment is not a concern.
The problem is, Microsoft doesn’t know your specific business. And many NAV customers don’t have the trained personnel to handle frontline NAV support, i.e. to properly identify a problem and shepherd it through Microsoft’s support process to its successful conclusion.
That’s where we come in.

That’s the approach we take with our clients. If something happens, you simply call us. From that point forward, we’ll take the ball. If it’s a problem we can solve on our own, we’ll do so. Otherwise, we’ll coordinate activities with your staff, contact Microsoft on your behalf, and ensure the issue is resolved to your satisfaction.
